
Dr. Mohammad F. Mattar
President
A Lebanese lawyer and civil society advocate. He served as the president of the Lebanese Transparency Association (LTA), the Lebanese chapter of Transparency International, where he championed anti-corruption initiatives. Matar has represented victims at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and has been involved in legal education and public sector reform. He has also been active in advocating for judicial independence and accountability in Lebanon.

Esq. Nada Abdelsater
Vice President
Founding partner of ASAS Law, a firm based in Beirut with activities in the GCC, the USA, Europe and Africa, specializing in corporate governance, finance and corporate law, as well as cross-border litigation and arbitration. She is the exclusive representative in Lebanon of ICC-Fraudnet, the world leading asset-tracing and asset recovery legal network. She is an international lawyer admitted to practice in New York, Beirut, and The Hague where she represented victims at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon investigating the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri. She holds an LL.M from Harvard University, a Masters in Law from Univeriste St Joseph, and a Bachelor of Science from the American University of Beirut. She is constantly recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” by the most prestigious international legal directories and received the Corporate Governance Rising Star Award from Yale University. Nada is the first woman from the Middle East to be elected to the International Board of Transparency International, and she also served as Chair of Transparency International - Lebanon.

With over two decades of expertise in auditing, financial management, and governance, Nabil Choujaa has built a career dedicated to integrity, accountability, and sound financial practices. He is the founder of SFAI Choujaa Audit Firm, a multinational audit company serving diverse industries with excellence. His professional journey spans multiple sectors, where he has implemented robust control systems, enhanced compliance, and guided organizations toward sustainable growth. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking, Nabil combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to ethical leadership. As a newly elected Board Member of Transparency International – Lebanon (TI-LB), he brings a passion for transparency and a vision for strengthening trust between the organization and the communities it serves.

Dr. Ziad El-Khazen
Secretary
He is an appellate attorney and certified mediator in dispute resolution from Saint Joseph University (USJ). He serves as Senior Partner at Khazen Law Firm in Beirut and at KLF Legal Consultancy in Dubai.
He holds a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration from the British Institute of Law and Political Science (UK), awarded with distinction, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Law from the LU, and a professional certification in arbitration from GTC Institute.
He previously served as Secretary of TI-LB. He is an accredited arbitrator with the International Arbitration Organization, a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), and a member of the Private International Law Committee at the Union International des Avocats (UIA).

Dr. Faysal El Kak

Esq. Ghassan Moukheiber

A lawyer and international consultant (since 1983), former nonpartisan member of the Lebanese parliament (2002 – 2018), university lecturer, professional trainer and civil society activist committed to many public interest causes. He enjoys 40 years of experience in legal private practice, public service, civil society, and legal consulting with international organizations.
Mr. Moukheiber’s consultancy work in Lebanon, the Arab region and internationally, is primarily focused on policy making, legislative and regulatory drafting, the promotion of integrity and fight against corruption, the protection and promotion of human rights, the development of democracy, rule of law and independence of the judiciary, parliamentary strengthening, environmental protection and cultural development.
He holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, Cambridge, MA, USA (LL.M. ’83), Doctorate Studies at Universite Paris II (1988-1989), and a Licence-Bachelor in Law from Saint Joseph University
in Lebanon (1981).

Dr. Kamal Saliba

A distinguished dental surgeon with a lifelong commitment to public service. A former student of Collège de la Sagesse in Achrafieh, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Saint Joseph University (USJ) in 1975, followed by a University Diploma in Materials Technology from Paris V. He further expanded his expertise through specialized training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis in 1982, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
His dedication to social causes began early, serving as a volunteer since 1970. That same year, he founded and presided over the Sin El Fil Social Club, leading it until 1974. From 1971 to 1975, he was responsible for organizing nationwide vaccination campaigns in Lebanon, contributing significantly to public health efforts. His commitment to social development continued as a member of the Executive Committee of the Social Movement from 2002 to 2006, before assuming the role of Secretary General of the organization.

Dr. Nasser Saidi

An economic and financial consultant and advisor to the banking & financial sector, governments, central banks, etc. Nasser currently heads Nasser Saidi & Associates and is the former Chief Economist of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and was the Minister of Economy and Trade and Minister of Industry of Lebanon between 1998 and 2000.

He has been a member of Transparency International – Lebanon (formerly LTA) for more than ten years.
He has been a member of the municipal council of Beirut for 12 years (2004-2016).
He is a board member and treasurer of the Armenian Catholic Charity Association.
He is active in social and governance matters and brings a wealth of expertise in sustainable development and anti-corruption practices.
