Jamal Bleik
President

Jamal is a dynamic, honest and knowledge leader who take pride in his work. During his career path he shifted between many industries and that shaped his experience in the finance, compliance and management fields. Jamal has been working for the Middle East and Africa region for over the past 20 years, he grew a great insight in the medical industry in the region and understands perfectly each country's dynamic including its business, financial and culture challenges. Working in different multinationals helped him appreciate the different cultures and the way business is done which is not always rely solely on facts and numbers. Jamal was a leader and a team member in many projects including mergers and questions, drafting policies and procedures, being a compliance officer, gave training in anticorruption laws to business partners, established entities in the region and supported business partners in their operations. Working with high level of integrity is Jamal's motto in life. Jamal holds a Finance Degree from the BAU and an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University, plus many certifications in Finance and management that he acquired over years.

Dr. Zeina Zeidan
Vice President

She is a governance and leadership expert with over two decades of experience driving financial integrity, ESG accountability, and ethical transformation across institutions and sectors.
She made history as the first woman to chair the board of a financial institution in Lebanon a milestone that deepened my commitment to inclusive and transparent leadership in the MENA region.
As founder of a cross-border consulting firm, she works directly with CEOs, boards, and institutional investors to implement governance frameworks, strengthen risk oversight, and embed ESG into strategic decision-making. Her focus is not on advising from the sidelines but on co-creating resilient, high-performing, and ethically governed organizations.
She actively serves on boards and advisory committees in sectors including cement, retail, ESG-driven enterprises, and financial services. She also champions Anti-Corruption and gender equity through her role at TI-LB and through executive education initiatives certifying women for board seats.
She hold a Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion (PhD in Management Sciences) from Université Aix-Marseille III in France, awarded with the highest distinction: Très honorable avec félicitations du jury.

Badri El Meouchi
Treasurer

A young executive, leader, and consultant who works collaboratively with clients across the globe to help them develop and implement corporate governance, in addition to promoting and implementing anti-corruption mechanisms in public and private sectors. He possesses an Extensive training and facilitation experience with large and small organizations worldwide.
He acted as an Executive Director of the Transparency International Lebanon (TIL – Transparency International’s chapter in Lebanon), and the executive director of the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Lebanon from 2005 to 2012. He supervised and coordinated TIL’s public and private sector programs to promote good governance and transparency in Lebanon, and IoD’s efforts to promote Corporate Governance (CG) in Lebanon and the region. Such initiatives have included the development and launching of CG Codes and raising awareness in the private sector on the principles and benefits of CG: through organizing conferences, facilitating workshops and identifying companies which can serve as case studies in applying CG. During this time, Badri was also working in partnership with the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Corporate Governance Project in Lebanon, which aimed to offer Lebanese and Middle Eastern companies with a variety of services through the IoD – including CG Assessments and Implementation Plans, as well as training courses for board members and top management.
Since 2012, Badri consulted and provided advisory services on corporate governance, project management and anti-corruption programs to a variety of international organizations as well as individual banks, companies and NGOs in the MENA region. He also served as a regional consultant for the UNDP, where he was responsible for developing and disseminating a course on collective action and good governance targeting SMEs and business associations across the MENA region. In addition, Badri has been serving as a board member of TIL since 2016 and as Chair of the board from 2016 to 2020.
Badri joined Tamayyaz team in 2015, heading its newly established Corporate Governance division – Excellence in Governance (EIG) - and has been developing new Corporate Governance Services, in cooperation with the IFC, designed to enable Banks, SMEs, FOEs and NGOs to develop and implement governance frameworks within their organizations. In 2023, He was appointed as Director of the Institute of Finance and Governance (IFG) at ESA Business School, after ESA and Tamayyaz decided to merge their Corporate Governance divisions (IFG at ESA and EIG at Tamayyaz).

Dr. Ziad Khazen
Secretary


He is an appellate attorney and certified mediator in dispute resolution from Saint Joseph University (USJ). He serves as Senior Partner at Khazen Law Firm in Beirut and at KLF Legal Consultancy in Dubai.
He holds a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration from the British Institute of Law and Political Science (UK), awarded with distinction, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Law from the LU, and a professional certification in arbitration from GTC Institute.
He previously served as Secretary of TI-LB. He is an accredited arbitrator with the International Arbitration Organization, a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), and a member of the Private International Law Committee at the Union International des Avocats (UIA).

Nada Abdel Sater, ESQ.

Founding partner of ASAS Law, a firm based in Beirut with activities in the GCC, the USA, Europe and Africa, specializing in corporate governance, finance and corporate law, as well as cross-border litigation and arbitration. She is the exclusive representative in Lebanon of ICC-Fraudnet, the world leading asset-tracing and asset recovery legal network. She is an international lawyer admitted to practice in New York, Beirut, and The Hague where she represented victims at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon investigating the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri. She holds an LL.M from Harvard University, a Masters in Law from Univeriste St Joseph, and a Bachelor of Science from the American University of Beirut. She is constantly recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” by the most prestigious international legal directories and received the Corporate Governance Rising Star Award from Yale University. Nada is the first woman from the Middle East to be elected to the International Board of Transparency International, and she also served as Chair of Transparency International - Lebanon.

Dr. Nasser Saidi
Board Member

An economic and financial consultant and advisor to the banking & financial sector, governments, central banks, etc. Nasser currently heads Nasser Saidi & Associates and is the former Chief Economist of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and was the Minister of Economy and Trade and Minister of Industry of Lebanon between 1998 and 2000.
