AND CORRUPTION-FREE LEBANON

 

Centered on empowering Lebanese citizens to actively combat corruption, we drive sustainable change by advancing policy reforms, fostering civic engagement and raising public awareness through strategic partnerships with local partners and international organizations, all working towards a transparent and accountable society. 

We have embarked on a remarkable journey, achieving notable successes in enhancing and promoting transparency and accountability. We’re turning advocacy into action. Our efforts contributed to the amendment of the Public Procurement Law to include Beneficial Ownership, closing loopholes and increasing transparency in state contracts. We also played a key role in putting public asset disclosure for top officials on the IMF’s reform agenda, marking a breakthrough in Lebanon’s path toward accountability.

Through capacity-building initiatives, direct field engagement and our flagship platform EKHBAR, we have mobilized over 3,000 citizens, civil society actors and public servants, strengthening participation and promoting a culture of integrity across sectors. 

 

OUR IMPACT MATRIX:
A STRATEGIC TOOL FOR MEASURING PROGRESS

 

We approach anti-corruption from multiple fronts through a comprehensive Impact Matrix that focuses on three interconnected pillars: Policy and Institutional Change, Behavior Change and Awareness and Outreach.

We have integrated the Impact Matrix as a critical tool for assessing the effectiveness of our projects as part of our commitment to implementing Transparency International’s Global Strategy 2030.

By meticulously reviewing project log frames, this approach ensures that actions are strategically oriented and outcomes are rigorously evaluated. This Impact Matrix serves as a forward-looking tool that reflects on the organization's future, allowing for adjustments that drive continuous improvement and ensures alignment with long-term goals.

A tool highlighting ongoing reform efforts and the role of civil society, inviting public engagement, monitoring the Right to Access to Information Law and bridging communication gaps between reform stakeholders and the public.
