Supported by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the Roadmap to Open Government Partnership (OGP) project aims to advance Lebanon’s formal candidacy for OGP membership. Led by TI-LB, the initiative promotes transparency, accountability, and participatory governance by focusing on the Right to Access Information Law, fiscal transparency, and asset disclosure.

Key activities include monitoring government disclosures, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder consultations. A core component is the creation of a national CSO coalition tasked with developing Lebanon’s first OGP action plan, laying the groundwork for the country's accession to the global OGP network.
